Who We Are
Cameron Hassler grew up in construction, working on jobsites long before he ever ran one. He studied construction engineering at Montana State University, then went to work as a finish carpenter for other builders, including a Bozeman company whose projects included multi-million dollar homes in Big Sky. Finish carpentry is the trade where every joint, edge, and line is on display, and it taught him that a home is only as good as its smallest details.
That’s the foundation JCH Construction was built on. Cameron started the company to build custom homes the way a finish carpenter would: straight walls, tight trim, clean lines, and subcontractors held to the same standard he once held himself to. That standard shows. JCH has had multiple homes featured in the Helena Parade of Homes, and whether it’s a family’s first custom home or a shop with living quarters outside Townsend, every build gets the same level of care.
For Cameron, this work has never been just building houses. It’s handing a family their keys, then driving past that home years later and knowing the people inside would choose to build it all over again.
